Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by JSF Transformative Pte Ltd, trading as Strength Studio (“Strength Studio”, “we”, “us”) at 77 @ East Coast, Singapore, and through strength.sg. By booking a session, signing up for a package, or stepping into our studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Strength Studio provides personal strength training, physiotherapy, and related wellness services delivered by qualified coaches and clinicians. All services are by appointment only.

2. Booking and payment

• Sessions are booked through book.strength.sg or by direct arrangement with our team.
• Payment for packages and memberships is due in full before the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of GST. We do not currently charge GST.
• We accept major credit cards, PayNow, and bank transfer.

3. Packages and memberships

Training packages and memberships follow these terms:

• Validity for a training package begins on the date of your first booking. If no bookings are made, the validity period will start automatically after a pre-determined period from the date of purchase. Specific validity periods are listed in our Refund Policy.
• Memberships are auto-renewing unless cancelled. Annual memberships have a lock-in period — early termination is subject to a charge equal to 50% of the remaining tenure.
• Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with our written approval.

4. Cancellations and late arrivals

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a session are forfeited. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Full details are in our Class Cancellations & Late Arrival Policy.

5. Health declaration and assumption of risk

Strength training and physiotherapy carry inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and medications during your Training Assessment.
• You will update us if your health status changes.
• You are physically able to participate in the activities programmed for you.
• You assume responsibility for risks associated with training and recovery.

6. Code of conduct

While at the studio, you agree to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and other members with respect.
• Use equipment properly and as instructed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and noise guidelines posted in the studio.
• Not film or photograph other members without consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour disrupts the studio or endangers others.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, JSF Transformative Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for services in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual property

All programmes, written content, photographs, and marks on strength.sg are the property of JSF Transformative Pte Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore’s PDPA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may end your membership in line with its notice period. Annual memberships are subject to the early-termination charge described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or any code of conduct, without refund of unused sessions in cases of misconduct.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
