Strength Studio is operated by JSF Transformative Pte Ltd (“Strength Studio”, “we”, “us”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our studio at 77 @ East Coast or use strength.sg and its booking systems. We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

When you book an assessment, sign up for a package, or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email, phone number, address.
• Health and movement information — declared at your Movement Assessment, including injury history, mobility findings, and goals.
• Booking and attendance data — sessions booked, attended, cancelled, or rescheduled.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Website and device data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Schedule, deliver, and adjust your training and physiotherapy sessions.
• Process bookings, payments, and renewals.
• Communicate with you about your sessions, packages, and account.
• Send relevant updates about the studio (you may opt out at any time).
• Improve our services, programmes, and website.
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in Singapore.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (e.g. booking platform, payment processor, email service) under written confidentiality obligations.
• Health professionals you’ve consented to be referred to.
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

4. Data security

We apply reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Access to client records is limited to coaches and staff who need it to deliver your programme.

5. Cookies

strength.sg uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as a result.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated data.
• Withdraw consent for any specific use (we’ll let you know the consequences).
• Request deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

7. Marketing communications

If you’ve opted in, we may send you news about programmes, events, or offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply STOP to WhatsApp messages to opt out.

8. Data retention

We retain client records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Anonymous analytics data may be kept longer.

9. Third-party websites

strength.sg may link to external websites (e.g. our booking platform). Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies and you should review the third party’s own privacy notice.

10. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data without parental consent, please contact us and we’ll remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
