FAQ

Common questions, answered.

What's the difference between Training and Membership?

Training packages are time-bounded programmes for clients building a foundation or specific outcome. Memberships are for clients who've already completed a package and want to keep training at a regular cadence.

Do I need to commit to a package?

No. Start with a 45-minute Training Assessment. We'll recommend the right path, and you decide if and when to book.

How long do sessions last?

All sessions are 60 minutes. We never run short — if you arrive late, you get the time you have.

How long are sessions valid?

It depends on the package: 10 sessions — 3 months, 20 sessions — 4 months, 30 sessions — 6 months, 50 sessions — 12 months. Validity starts from the date of your first booking.

What if I have an injury or chronic pain?

Tell us at the assessment. Our coaches work within their scope — movement modifications, strengthening around the area, gradual return to load. When something needs a clinician, our physiotherapist takes it from there, and your program adapts in real time.

What should I bring to the first session?

Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle, and any recent medical notes or imaging if you have them. We provide everything else.

What are your hours? Can I just drop in?

The studio runs by appointment only — no walk-ins. Sessions are booked through book.strength.sg around your coach's availability. We're typically open Monday to Saturday.

How do you handle cancellations?

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your session are free. Inside 12 hours, the session is forfeited. All cancellations must be made through book.strength.sg — text, email, or WhatsApp cancellations are not valid.
